New Free Solar Site Launched Today

A new site has been launched to help homeowners across Britain generate their own solar power for free without the outgoings of installing costly equipment. Nonetheless with the launching of freesolar they now have the opportunity to receive a free solar cell system, allowing them to access free electricity while saving the environment. Initially the site will permit users in England, Scotland and Wales to capitalise on free solar power, with the digital firm set to expand its coverage to Northern Eire later in the year. The Government-led FIT Scheme means that businesses which install solar panels on houses are paid for all of the electricity they generate, at a rate of 43.3p per kilowatt hour. Companies receive this payment no matter whether or not the electricity is utilized, allowing residents with panels on their roof to use all of the electricity generated absolutely free. . As part of the Government’s drive to form a well-balanced energy mix for the country and a supportable future, its target is to have 750,000 homes with their own generating systems installed in the next 10 years.
